I bought this phone because I needed something small/portable that I could make phone calls with as a backup, and it does that pretty well. Text messaging also works, although let's be real, the screen is so small you have to scroll 10 times to read one. With that said, I had to remove a star for a couple of reasons. 1. This phone came with no manual or instructions whatsoever, and I needed to put a password on it. While the feature of putting a password is there, a password is already placed by factory default, and NOWHERE in the internet is this information available. I am not kidding, I spent about 3 hours reading through the most obscure Chinese websites that carried this phone and there is no information on this password anywhere. I spent another 3 hours entering any combination I could think a factory would use as a password, and I found it. I'll save you the headache, the password is "1122." This password is also require for a factory reset. You're welcome. 2. This phone is advertised to have Bluetooth, which is a must have for me, as I haven't held a phone to my ear since 2004, it's annoying. It works, about 70-80% of the time without glitching, the other 30-20% of the time you're trying to guess what the other person is saying and wishing you could slap/strangle someone. Which is a deal breaker for me. I think I'm being fair with my rating, It does its main function well, but has an important faulty feature. I'll keep it around just in case.
