I've tried other night guards without success. This one works for me for a few reasons: 1. It is entirely a soft material unlike some that have a hard "spine" on the biting surface. This allowed me to get the correct fit to my smaller arch. 2. Softer material doesn't cause my teeth to ache in the morning (I don't grind my teeth). 3. Adapts accurately to the shape of my teeth to give it a snug fit. Stays in place at night. 4. Not so bulky, doesn't disrupt sleeping. 5. So far it's stopped my snoring. 2 people getting better sleep! Might not be strong enough if you are a bruxer.
