I’ve had the e-file for 10 months and it is powerful but it heats up. It has made weird noises pretty much from the start. It is difficult to adjust small increments of speed especially in its lowest settings. The cord on the foot pedal is backwards which was just annoying. The included drill bits were useless. It has now stop working in reverse but forward still works but I assume not for long because it doesn’t always start when I turn it on! I have never had to use rpm more than half way working with acrylic, gel, 3D nail art, or to remove bulk. UPDATE: The company contacted me and replace my drill free of charge after 10 months. This new drill doesn’t heat up, spins smoothly, and the hand piece is slimmer. It seems a little more powerful, I’m not using it on the same speed as I was with the other one. This drill is of higher caliber than the last one so great improvements and it came with nice sanding bands! I have not tried the bits. *change rating from 2 stars to reflect great customer service and the quality of the new drill*
