First review: 1 star - I bought these however, I'm very disappointed in the product. When I used the headset there was a lot of feedback and screeching noises even after adjusting settings and drivers for it to work well. I'm not sure I would use this product again. Maybe the one I received was defective? 2nd updated review: 4 stars - So I received a replacement product to test for this company and to update the review. Their customer service was great, very responsive, and very willing to work with the customer. I would give the product an average rating for the price and performance of the headphones. I strongly believe that calling it a noise cancelling headphone is a stretch considering it does not serve that purpose. However, for new gamers like myself, I think it's a nice start. The product is lightweight and the exterior aesthetics are nice. I would recommend this to new gamers looking to try a headset for the first time. As for customer service, I would receive an email from Lisa every 2-3 business days asking me if I've received the product and to review the product so I believe they're attending to their customers appropriately.
