I’ll start by saying that I am not actually a fan of honey. I bought this on the recommendation of my vet to use as an occasional treatment for my dog. He lives with collapsed trachea and is on daily medication, which occasionally is not enough to stop the cough that accompanies this diagnosis. When the medication isn’t stopping the cough, we turn to Manukora Honey. It is thick and soothes his throat. He really enjoys the taste and is always eager when he sees it coming! It’s a bit pricey, but it helps my dog and that makes it priceless!
