Make sure the "1-button open" feature is OFF
Programming was simple - followed others advice, and programmed straight from the instructions on the keypad.
Immediately found out that you could open the garage door, simply by pressing Enter on the unit, regardless if a PIN was entered. A call to tech support quickly solved the problem: pressing 9 and 1 together for 10 seconds will toggle the "1-button open" feature, which, by default, is supposed to be in the off position from the factory.
Works as it should, but you should make sure you can't open the door by simply pressing ENTER.
