I ended up getting this for my husband to try out. He doesn’t need it for the “hair and skin benefits”, I really only went with this based off of the fabric. My husband is a very hot sleeper and wakes up multiple times throughout the night trying to find a cool spot on his pillow. We’ve gone through countless “cooling” pillows that never really worked or were uncomfortable, or only felt cool for a few minutes before it’s hot again. We also have 3 fans going on each night with one pointed towards his pillow. lol This seems to be helping him. He hasn’t had as many issues with his face getting hot at night and he’s able to sleep more consistently throughout the night.
