I would consider myself a makeup artist and a drag queen. My looks consist of very bright and bold colors on the eyes and long-time wear. I actually prefer this product over the urban decay eyeshadow primer, for a few reasons. 1. The product does not have an applicator, like the UD primer, it can be squeezed right onto a makeup brush. The use of the applicator causes streaks and use of more product. 2. Fuller coverage for less product. 3. Better price. It grabs the eyeshadow true to color all day, cooperates with my brushes and allows for a seamless look. If your eyeshadow palettes aren't the best, it will still make medium quality eyeshadows look great. (I've never tried it on low quality eyeshadow). I find that it works better unset with powder. If you prefer to set your eyes with powder you may want to consider UD. I find that an unset eye makes for better blending and less patchiness. Good product, good price, not much needed per eye. Drag queen approved!!
