I have used Superthrive for years as a florist. I usually use the product on sick plants that I am having issues with. I have had great results in bringing back dying plants. If the product wasn't so expensive I would use in every watering. I find that for maintenance you could go by the recommended dosage however, for sickly plants I have used a much larger dosage several times in different waterings to help the plant come back to life.
