Only trust USP Verified or GMP products
I have taken these for almost a year. I can't vouch for what these pills do to your body because I can't really feel it (many people think they can feel the change but a lot of times it's really just placebo effects). I give it five stars because they're USP Verified, and I think more people should become aware of the importance of the USP Verified label.
Working in the pharmaceutical industry, I know way too well how poorly regulated (if you can call it regulated at all) the dietary supplement market is. Basically if the manufacturer doesn't claim their supplement product has therapeutic effects (aka they are DRUGs) and the product doesn't kill people, they can claim whatever they want on the label. So we get a supplement market where the majority of products don't have any quality assurance at all; sometimes they're off on the amount of the vitamins or minerals, and sometimes they don't contain a shred of what they claim to contain.
The USP (United States Pharmacopeia) Verified label means the manufacturer follows GMP Guidelines to make their products, which is the way drugs are made per FDA requirement. It assures that the products has all the components it claims to have, and the amount of each is within a certain range. A lot of people are obsessed with labels like organic, non GMO, vegan, and gluten free... But they really don't mean a thing if the product doesn't contain the nutrition you take it for.
I think the lack of regulation in the dietary supplement market is absolutely ridiculous and there should be more manufacturers voluntarily entering the GMP system; it's a good thing both for the manufacturers and the consumers. So I'm just here to do a tiny bit to help...
