All I can say is WOW!! This thing works! We have had it for 6 weeks, and just changed the wrap filter. It is a black blanket-style filter that goes around the car-looking filter (see the photos). All that stuff was going into our lungs from our master bedroom. I have asthma. I clean. We took out all the carpet in the house and put in tile. We don't even have throw rungs or area rugs. I dust and mop weekly. We noticed the room was easier to breath in the first day. We liked the white noise it makes to sleep with. When we still didn't know just how well it would work, but we felt better, we decided to order on a month until the entire house was as nice to be in as our bedroom. Now we know. All I can say is, "holy crap!" I also ordered more of the blanket filters. After reading the reviews I ordered a non-name brand. It really does look and feel like the one that come in the machine. I will order those again as needed. I knew I really liked these air cleaners, but I had no idea until today how much. I will be buying more of them.
