I am 5'9" and weigh about 150, I ordered a large. These pants are very high and wide in the waist, and short and skinny in the legs (they hit right above my ankles), which makes for an awkward fit. There's little to no stretch in the fabric but the fabric is good quality, great reinforced knees and pockets. The belt that's included is flimsy plastic and completely worthless and barely fits around the pants and doesn't stay secured when tightened. I ordered suspenders and they work much better. I am still able to fit fleece lined leggings underneath so I think they will keep me warm while ice fishing (I hope). The price was great so I will keep them, and they will be tucked into my boots so the length won't be a huge issue. The attached photos show the actual measurements of the Large size pants.
