My wife asked me to order this for her so she could see if it worked for her. (These TENS devices work better for some than others.) Unfortunately for her, this does not help with her pain. She wore it for a day straight over two cycles with different placements and settings with no improvement. The return window has closed... even though Livia and the company that makes them has a 120 day gaurantee? If iPulse accepts a return within thier guarantee, I will update my review to five stars. The risk is worth it if the company stands behind thier statements. The unit is well made and seems very solid. UPDATE: Livia promptly responded to my email, gave some tips that we had already tried, and then accepted our return within the satisfaction guarantee they have. They even refunded my shipping costs. Great company to work with that values thier customers.
