What I didn't like was that there were no instructions with these. Here are some tips: Make sure your nails are very clean and even use alcohol prep pads or just alcohol on a cotton ball. Place your fingernail under the clear sheets to make sure you are using the right size for that nail. Pull the adhesive off of the sheet and put it on your nail lightly so that you can reposition if necessary. DON'T PUSH TOO HARD! Pull the backing off and apply your artificial nail. Now press down firmly and all the layers will stick together. I'm still experimenting with these, but so far so good. You can change them as often as you like!! How fun! They come off when you want them to. I took them off in the bathtub. It really helped. Any adhesive that is still on your natural nail will roll right off.
