I ordered these as I am beginning to foray into candymaking. Last night I made a double batch of meringues and divided it into 7 bowls so I could test the flavors. I made about 1/2-3/4 of a cup worth of each flavor - here are my thoughts on the flavors so far: Raspberry - tasted great, but gave a slight pink tinge that I didn't care for. Champagne - I guess I'm not sure what I was expecting this to taste like. It's really hard to describe, maybe because I've never had a really fancy bottle of champagne. I never would've been able to guess that it was supposed to be champagne if I didn't know. Very subtle taste - needed about 15 drops to taste. Cheesecake - smelled great, but tasted really artificial. Definitely tasted like cheesecake, just really fake cheesecake. Needed about 15 drops to adequately flavor. Mango - I was the most excited for this one, and it was the one that disappointed me the most. It tastes really medicinal to me. Peach - loved this, tastes just like peach. Pear - loved this, it tastes a little like Absolut pear vodka more than just pear, but I still really liked it. Required about 10 drops to flavor. Pomegranate - loved this, tasted great but it also gave a bit of a pink tinge. I ordered almond, amaretto, bavarian cream, marshmallow, and vanilla butternut as well, but I haven't had a chance to test them yet. I really liked these, however, so I do plan to purchase more.
