This is one of the best Keto friendly shakes that I have tasted. Yum!! Low carb, no sugar and tastes just like cheesecake! I have made it up and then warmed it up and drank it that way with a little whip topping and I have frozen it and ate it like ice cream. You can add berries or any kind of fruit and blend it for a great smoothie. But it is great just on its' own!! I bought the Dream Cycle Flavor in Jan. of 2020 and it is my new favorite flavor. I make my morning smoothie with it.
