I bought this for use in nursing school and after. My first semesters I had the SE Classic II and it was wonderful. However, I did have issues hearing some lung and h!eart sounds. I bought this hoping that the hearing quality would be better. I promise you, it IS. The sound quality is absolutely amazing! Not only can I hear great lung and heart sounds on adults, but also on peds, CHF patients, and others. The quality is amazing. Also, I've read multiple reviews that this stethoscope stinks. To me, it just smells like a new stethoscope. It doesn't have a strong chemical odor, just a new rubber smell. I like everything about this stethoscope.
