YOU MUST READ THIS!!!! I have buying from Amazon for years, 1,000's of dollars (literally) I have NEVER left any review, EVER. This cleaner is absolutely AMAZING. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and 5 kids. My light gray carpet is a mess, has been for years. I have a Bissell carpet cleaner. I have used the preferred Bissell brand cleaner, ZEP brand, Walmart Pet Fresh, everything. It all works to some degree, but you still see the stains. My dog had stomach issues and literally destroyed the carpet, poop stains everywhere. I gave up, would not come clean. I ordered this after 3 days of it sitting, it took 2 days to get here. No lie, I pre-sprayed some on the carpet before the using the steamer - it disappeared!!! My wife wasnt home, I was so impressed, I videoed me spraying it on the next spot so she could see it literally disappear. Not to mention it smells pleasant too. I could not be happier. It is so refreshing to get a product that actually works. Customer for life. Thankyou.
