I have now purchased my 6th digital frame. I have given them to each of my children's families and they are a prized possession. Each family has commented that it is a wonderful gift to be able to see daily those they love as well as remind themselves of the many choice experiences they have enjoyed in life. The frames are very intuitive but this time I wanted to give one as a gift to my 90 year old father that was already full of pictures but also wanted him to be able to control it after the gift was given. I didn't know how to do this but the tech support from Nixplay was incredible. Tom helped me set it up with clear directions and stayed with me until I was able to do it. The service was incredible. Not only was I able to get through to them easily but Tom talked me carefully through each step. I would highly recommend this as a gift to yourself as well as those you love. Thanks TOM!
