I love this oven. I use it about 3-4x per week since i'm usually just cooking for 2. It's great because the heat is even, I have found that I can use the convection function and bake at a slightly lower temperature and still cook in about 2/3 of the time it would normally take in a regular oven. I also like that it has a timer so that the oven just shuts off once the timer is set. It also has automatic settings for some of the most popular/commonly baked items like potatoes & pizza. I often bake sweet potatoes as a healthy, packable snack so I use the "potato" function and I never have to worry about it. I'm really enjoying this oven.
