Please read my entire review as I was disappointmented when I first received my heat press but had a very positive experience getting my concerns addressed with Fancier Studio... when I opened my heat press I was disappointed to find the press covered in a thin layer of dirt/sand. It was able to be wiped off easily though. My press also came with a teflon sheet but it had some sort of oil on it and was unusable. I tested out the press and it works great. Also several other reviews said they didn't get a manual but mine did, which I was very happy about since this is my first heat press. I decided to message Fancier Studio about the dirt and teflon sheet and they responded right away. They apologized for the issues and asked if I would share a picture so they could address further. They gladly sent me a new teflon sheet, which I received within a couple of days and gave me a small refund for the inconvenience of having to clean my press. I've read lots of reviews on heat presses and many of them say the manufacturer is difficult to reach when they have an issue but I'm happy to report that Fancier Studio takes care of their customers!
