I don't normally post photographs of me in my underwear.. These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever bought. If you are reading these reviews and you are hesitating like I actually was also don't hesitate They stay up high and they do not ride down. I am a size 14 to 16. I am 5' 8 and 210 pounds. I bought the extra large and they fit perfectly. They feel like they would hold your stomach in very lightly. Wonderful underwear and well worth the money
