I was afraid to try this, because I hate the smell of my B12 vitamin pills and the nasty side effects (peeing yellow almost immediately, not to mention the smell - I think the pills permeate your entire body). Anyway, I really am liking not just the taste of these liquid drops, it reminds me of a good tasting cough syrup. But there are NO nasty side effects. This just gets absorbed into your system, and honestly this just makes sense, why didn't I try this sooner? I have not had a cold yet this winter season in Wisconsin. I also feel better. It's fast, easy and it works great. Thanks to this progressive company who created this. Be sure to purchase this brand as I am not sure all other brands work as well, although this is my first time using B12 Liquid drops, so it's not like I'm an expert or anything, but I read up on the company and I felt they seemed ethical. I feel I got lucky with my first purchase of this and I read a lot of the reviews prior to buying this. I am a happy customer.
