I LOVE these gummies. For so many reasons. With the other Mary Ruth supplements, I have more energy, and feel better than I have in a long time. The taste is fantastic, and since a serving size is 4 gummies I feel like I'm eating a well deserved treat. It isn't a hassle to get my young children to take then either. The only problem I have is keeping the kids OUT of the gummies, but lucky for the child safe cap.
