The company has replaced the jacket I received with a beautiful, new, fresh and well-made jacket. The quality is excellent, smelled clean when opened, very warm! I love the cozy layers in this jacket too. It fits true to size and I adore it! Mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond to them that matters most and I am happy to report the response and quality of jacket is worth every single star.
