I never write reviews but I have to share on this one! I purchased this bullet journal in October but didn’t use it until January. Right after I started using it my spin broke. I checked my purchase date found the warranty card in the book and it was for 30 days. I was well over...but I decided to take a chance and email the company with my story. I was immediately contacted and with no questions asked a new one was sent to me and within 5 days! Thank you so much for honoring your product and sending me another one! I will definitely purchase again and again! I must say even with the spin break the book is made with great durable quality, thick pages and nice hard cover with elastic closure. It’s perfect size for your purse! I encourage you to purchase one to, you will thank me!
