The ComfyBrace provided some desperately needed relief from my carpal tunnel syndrome, which predominantly concerns my right wrist. I noticed a remarkable reduction in daytime pain after about two weeks of wearing the brace at night. Part of my problem lies in my sleeping position (pun intended), where my wrist becomes trapped under my body or provides support to my head. The ComfyBrace helps by preventing me from putting my wrist under my body in sleep, and by securing my wrist when supporting my head. A nice amount of padding and "bean bag"-type filler make the wrist comfortable while the rigid structure beneath the padding prevents the wrist from flexing. All of this comes together through the use of very strong velcro, which sticks and holds the brace tightly in place. This brace must use some sort of industrial strength velcro, as I have never encountered any velcro this sticky and strong! Once in place, the brace stays in place until you purposely adjust or remove it. Given the high quality of the product and my excellent results using it, I give the ComfyBrace my highest recommendation!
