This ice pack made a big difference for me. I could barely pick up a coffee cup without shooting pain going up my arm. My doctor recommended a splint to sleep in and some anti-inflammatory meds. 1 Month later I was showing zero improvement. I ordered this ice pack and started icing my wrist twice a day. Two days later I was noticing a lot of improvement. 1 week later no pain at all. The cold lasts for about 30 minutes. Any longer probably wouldn't help anyway. I did have to cut a sock up for a barrier between the ice pack and my skin because the cold was a little to intense. I couldn't be happier with this product.
