I found it really confusing that the corresponding shoe size isn't clearly communicated. It isn't particularly helpful to have small, medium, large, and x-large when there isn't a shoe size conversion. To clarify, the sizing is as follows (in men's shoe size): Small - 7/8 Medium - 9/10 Large - 11/12 XL - 13/14 The shoes are well made and very similar to any of the name brand sandals. There is Velcro across the toe which helps in sizing. They could be worn inside or outside. The sole is pretty soft and seems to provide adequate sole support. I would recommend these for the sports lover in your life!
