I discovered my cat preferred running water while filling his water bowl and him trying to drink from the stream. So I thought I would try this product. He loves it. He's drinking more water and, for reasons only he understand, sticks his head in the water to give himself the 'wet' look. It's not because he has to do so, because he can get to the water in the product's basin without sticking his head underwater. My suspicion is that he is having a 'wild cat drinking from waterfall' fantasy the compels him. The product is pretty easy to clean and maintain. No complaints there.
