After researching virtually every available single k cup brewer that I could find, I settled on this one and I am not disappointed. While it is still early in the game, I am amazed at the performance of this affordable, space saving device. It delivers HOT coffee quickly and is very simple to operate. My only criticism would be that there isn't a greater level of clearance to accommodate taller coffee cups but I knew this before purchasing. If you take out the drip tray you can fit a 5" tall mug under the spout. Provided that this unit stands the test of time, I am completely happy with my decision. I did run a few courses of plain water through the machine before making my first cup of coffee to remove the plastic taste/smell and I highly recommend doing so as I dislodged a couple of very small particles during the first two runs.
