Easy to use and set up.. Instructions not needed. Phone is straightforward to use. VERY loud speaker phone, nice large buttons that make for easy dialing and to read. The audio assist for the handset - for those with hearing problems - is a major plus. Caller ID is bright and clear; easy to read as well. Phone is well made and well worth more than the $20 or so I paid for it. Step father is hard of hearing and has no issues with this phone, no more shouting! Mom can see the numbers and options on the phone without her glasses. Win-win!
