I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and wanted a smaller brace that still offers good support. This is an excellent brace if you are not allergic to it. It is easy to put on and take off and limits your wrist movement at night while still being comfortable. It has a slight to moderate smell to it that stays on your skin until you wash. That will probably go away with time, but I don't know as I broke out in a rash after wearing it for only one night. It only mentions on the box (not the web page description) that it has neoprene in it and can cause an allergic reaction. If you try to return it (for any reason), it says that it is not returnable. I called Amazon and they refunded the purchase price in full. Thank you Amazon for great customer service. This didn't work for me, but it should for most.
