Problem, my first cup overflowed. Solution, read the manual as the big mug button is for 12 oz not 10 oz. I've had a Keurig since they came into existence. I do regular, she does Decaf. Keurig had the ONLY perfect solution...back then. Now there are options. She never could put the lid on the reservoir on out Keurig 55, the pointy lid was awkward. This is a cylinder (aka. round) so it is easy-peasy. My sons are left handed. Again, adding water to the reservoir was difficult. The Mueller is accessible from left or right. Additionally, we found the noise level on par with the Keurig. Now I've had the Mueller for under 24 hours, but in that time I am VERY impressed. If that changes, you'll hear from me.
