I am 5'6" 260lbs, I got size 24. it fits very will and nice, the top can be adjusted somewhat, so if you are like me and have girls on the smallish side this can help some. The swim pants are not as thick or as long as some swim pants I have gotten, but they will do ok. It's a nice fit and has good coverage. I would recommend this swimsuit.
