The swing took 8 days to get on my doorstep in Southern California from the date of purchase. I was pleased with that. It came in a decently packaged huge box and all parts were undamaged but one small end on a pole used for the canopy. It literally took me 2.5 hours to completely put together but probably would have been faster had I used some help. The directions were somewhat clear but some images made me guess at times and it requires undoing what I had previously done and I frequently put things together. After all is said and done, I am pleased with the swing. It is sturdy and comfortable. It folds totally flat too so you can make it into a day bed. Nice new addition to the backyard.
