I've been using this products for about 6 months now and it's helping with my bladder issues. I drink the same amount of liquids every day but with less frequency and urgency to use the restroom. This product has changed my life in a positive way. As a very busy woman, always on the go it became very stressful and time consuming always stopping off or getting off the road to find a restroom to use. One tip: it took about 6 weeks for me to really see a difference in my case but it definitely started to and still does help me. Give it some time and patience and you MUST be sure to take the supplement consistently for positive results to kick in and remain.
