For me, a little difficult to use.
These packs get very cold, which is what I needed. My specific problem is pain around the base of the thumb and wrist. Placing the cold packs in the right position and then wrapping them is a bit awkward. The thumb hole is the reference point, but I have not quite been able to position the cold back and the wrap in a way that is not awkward.
