My daughter loves this raincoat. She is 8 years old and the 9-10Y fits perfect. The lining inside is floral and beautiful. The hat has a pull string so it can shape her face, and the pockets are real and deep. The only reason why I give it a 4 star, is because she complains of being "freezing" whenever it rains. Since the jacket is thinly lined, the rain makes her feel really cold. Because of this, I have to make sure she wears a long sleeve or thin hoodie underneath so she won't feel cold.
