Helped my arthritic knees and now I have energy
Well, I finally figured out what was causing my muscle and joint pain and extreme fatigue. I was deficient in potassium because of my diuretic blood pressure pill. I take two of these in the morning and two in the afternoon. Do not take them at night. You will be up because you have energy! I was in agony with my arthritic knees before I took these. Now my muscles are relaxed enough not to be pulling on my tendons and joints. This is a miracle for me.
