Please read the whole review! So I ordered this somewhere in the last 6 months and the first one I had started to charge slowly thankfully they have a warranty on this product and the customer service, which was awesome and friendly, just verified small methods and then sent me a new one when I confirmed that I had fully charged it and also changed the cables. I went from charging my phone in 7-8+ hours to a great 2-3 hour charge (as it had been in the first place) the product is great but beware as with ALL TECHNOLOGY some don't last as long as others but the customer service definitely made up for this!
