I love this product.. I have intrusive thoughts or body sensations of fear that cause anxiety/panic. Lately I started getting overwhelming feelings fo fear and feeling scared. I take 2 of these and within 15 mins my body sensations disappear and my mind is quiet. I do other tools to help ( breathing , DARE, and many other tools) but this make it so I can get space to pull the other tools out if needed! Try it what do you have to lose? No side effects. I am extremely sensitive and only good vibes on this.
