This is great for men and for women with short hair. It will gradually reduce your grey hair. Just use this as your shampoo. Use it every shampoo until your hair is where you want it. I used it in the shower every day for 2 weeks. My grey hair went from over 60% to 30% which is where I wanted it. It was gradual so people weren’t all like, “oh man, you dyed your hair?”! Then shampoo with this once or twice a week. Experiment with what works best for you. You can leave it in your hair for the recommended 1-2 minutes (for me, that was too short) or longer for faster results. Remember to first do the skin allergy test! I mentioned use for women with short hair, only because the name Just For Men is misleading. People with long hair would not find this easy to use as well as you’d have to use a lot. For everyone else, the tube should last 3 to 5 weeks. Oh and have an old ratty hair towel because no matter how well you rinse, you might have color residue in your hair.
