UPDATE (06-09-18) - I have reach out to BAFX customer server regarding the problems I was experiencing. Their response was prompt. They sent instructions on possible problems and solutions to try prior to a possible RMA for replacement. So, kudos to BAFX and their customer service. The problem ended up being self-inflicted. I had paired my tablet to the OBDII adapter for more real state. I realized that the tablet was pairing to the OBDII adapter quicker than my phone was because the phone is pairing to the radio prior to the OBDII adapter. I shut off the BT adapter on the tablet and the problem is now solved. The OBDII adapter has not skipped a beat since. This is a great product and it just works. I use it every time I drive my truck. I want to extend my apologies to BAFX for the initial low rating. Thanks for a great product! My daily setup is the Google Pixel XL 2 (daily) and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 along with the Torque Pro app.
