Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered this the day before it’s release date, based on reviews I found on the internet, as there were no Amazon reviews yet. Imagine my horror when I went back to look after the release date and the Amazon customer reviews were so disparaging. I was already thinking I’d be returning it before I even received it. I have had this for a week now and am so very pleased with this Charge 5. (I went from a Charge 2 to this Charge 5). Right out of the box, I felt it was easy to set up and did not have difficulty with any of the features. I chose not to activate the 6 month free premium as I would not be continuing it. I’m aware of the features that you need premium to get and I’m okay without them. I am a senior who exercises every day and likes to keep track of steps, calories spent, heart rate, sleep patterns and blood oxygen levels. I also like that I get all my text messages and call notifications on the easy to read color screen. So for me, this has been a great purchase. I don’t write many reviews, but wanted to share my experience with this Charge 5 because there seems to be so many negative comments.
