I was having some strange problems with skin rashes, breakouts, mild cuts healing slowly with scarring, odd things like that. I had no idea I had a B12 deficiency; I just ordered this because I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. Within a week, my face cleared up and these weird scars started healing. I've been taking these for a couple of months and my skin keeps looking better and better. I'll keep taking it because I obviously need it. I hate swallowing pills and these taste quite tolerable and go down easy.
