I bought this shampoo along with the conditioner at target because I got a horrible hair cut Feb 5th and the bottle says it's good for growth. I bought this on Feb 6th hoping it would help speed up the process. I have been pairing this with daily biotin but I have seen better results since adding this shampoo/conditioner to the mix. My hair has noticeably grown it feels healthier and softer than ever. I have had less fall out since i started using it. I use it every other day and my hair has not darkened liked others have said. I am so happy I found this.
