These are great! They keep me from overheating when wearing masks, which keep my glasses from fogging up. They make wearing masks bearable because I don't feel like I'm suffocating -I have PTSD and these keep the masks away from my nose and mouth and make breathing easier for me. They do weigh the disposable masks down a little but not so much that actually pull them down at all, the masks hold up well. Durable and rinsable for multiple use. One package will last me a while for myself. I use them for work as a Shipt shopper, four days a week, 6-8 hours per day.
