After inserting this earplug properly, I can say this is the most comfortable one I have used so far. I use this when I sleep in a dorm room with several type of noises around, very helpful, I can hear nothing else besides my alarm clock. The plugs stay flush inside my outer ear, no matter how I want to put my head. Several drawbacks need to mention/consider: this plug is white so if you want to use it outdoor it will be obvious to others, this plug is sticky so dust and other things with stay on it easily, this plug is not long term reusable but I found I can use it 5+ nights per pair, this plug comes in with a case but not exactly an ideal one so I suggest they include an extra small plastic case to store the used ones.
