I read about this and ordered 3 bottles before Amazon carried it. I was amazed that within 3-4 days I was waking up feeling fairly well. It says it takes 5 days to first see any results. As severe as my stiffness was I was sure it’d be longer. For the first time in several years I can bend my knees! Part of the pain from osteoarthritis is stiffness so moving hurts. I take one just as it says...immediately when I wake up , before food. I cannot tell you how great it feels to have your knees to flex once again. I still have pain, nothing is perfect. This is about as close to perfect as I’ve found. I’m now ordering another 90 day supply from Amazon since they carry it now. On busy days and I’ve overextended myself I’ll take one before bed and one in morning. I don’t know what I’ve felt so enthusiastic about a product. Hope it will work for you like I has me! I am very disappointed to see this product is some $30 more on Amazon than on their website. I would not have purchased this for the amount they are now asking, so I’ll look for product comparable without high price tag
